I have a wild idea for salespeople everywhere, take this down. GIVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY WANT! What a novel idea. You would not believe the number of times I call, after doing extensive research into what product I want to purchase, and have the salesperson try to talk me out of what I want to buy?
